All clients of IDG Company must comply with the following terms and conditions, unless indicated by management. In an attempt to better service our clients, you the client MUST follow our guidelines in order for us to operate in a professional manner and complete your job in a timely fashion. Failure to do so may delay completion of your job.
Car Magnet Order Disclaimer
It is highly recommended testing a sample of our car door magnet on the specific vehicle you will be using the car door magnets on, as some cars have aluminum doors and magnets will not stick.
Client Supplied File Uploads
All files must pass a quality check for correct file size, sufficient bleed, resolution, etc. If for any reason the file(s) do not pass quality check, the order will be placed On Hold and clients will be notified by phone or email. The job will continue to be On Hold until client uploads corrected artwork or waive suspect art status and instructs to print As Is. Turnaround time resets once corrected uploaded art is submitted and sent to press.
If client requests IDG to make any edits to a file, a file manipulation fee of $15 applies. Please note we cannot fix low-resolution artwork without a replacement high-resolution image or file. We do not check for spelling or grammatical errors unless it is an IDG Company design.
Color Quality
IDG Company guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. IDG Company is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. Please note that the application of UV coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors. IDG Company is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.

Customer Provided Content
For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to IDG Company for design purposes. You understand and agree that you (and its original source) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When materials are sent on CD, send copies only. No originals. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to IDG Company you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for design purposes, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold IDG Company harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by IDG Company in defending against such suit, demand or claim.
Design Policies
Prior to beginning a project, materials necessary for design must be submitted no later than a week of order submission. Materials may include, but not limited to images, logos, content/text, graphics, etc. All materials are to be sent electronically or saved on a file accessible to IDG Company.
Once design concept is adhered, designs are subject to unlimited changes. Any changes over and above the original concept such as pictures require an additional charge. Additional tasks such as scanning, multiple image editing, etc…incurs an additional charge. Any materials submitted once design process begins will also incur an additional charge.
Design Proofing
Customers must proof work designed by IDG Company. Jobs will NOT go to print until IDG Company receives written “Design Approval”. We cannot assume responsibility for spelling errors, missing or incorrect information that you fail to submit or correct. It is the client’s responsibility for checking proofs to ensure they are free of mistakes. Design fees are non-refundable regardless if the design is used or not.
IDG Company Tag
Specials include placement of a discrete 5pt IDG Company tag on selected print items. Other specials may include an IDG advertisement where applicable. If a customer elects not to insert the tag or advertisement, an additional fee will be added to the total cost or voids the special.

Logo/Branding
Text logos are limited to the creation of using text and simple shapes only. Using the pin tool to create odd and custom shapes will be an additional charge for logo creation. The number of logo proofs sent varies between 1 or 2 dependent upon consultation. Request for multiple logo proofs incurs an additional charge. Multiple changes allowed for logo selected.
Marketing & Coupon Promotions
Please note that all prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Check www.idgprintlab.com for updated online advertised price. Qualifying purchases should be placed online along with the code and paid in full before the promotion expiration time. Offers are not valid for previous purchases. Ground shipping promotion is limited to packages shipped within the Continental U.S. with the selection of the Ground option only; the maximum value of the offer may vary by product or campaign. One discount code per order only, promotions or credits cannot be combined.
Modification of Terms
IDG Company reserves the right to modify, change and/or amend Terms (these Terms and Conditions and/or one, more or all of the additional terms and policies reference above) from time to time. The right to modify, change and/or amend the Site Terms is exclusive to and within the sole and exclusive discretion of IDG Company.
If the Site Terms are changed, modified and/or amended, IDG Company will post the new terms on idgprintlab.com. Any changes, modifications and/or amendments will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms to this Website. By agreeing to these Site Terms you are also agreeing that the posting of any such changes constitutes notice to you of the changes, modifications and/or additions and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review these Terms (and each of the components thereof) each time you visit or use idgprintlab.com.
Order Over/Under Runs
Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, IDG Company reserves the right to ship within 5-10% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run. If an exact quantity is an absolute necessity please contact one of customer service representatives.
Ownership of Work
IDG Company retains full ownership of design concepts and materials idgprintlab.com produces. Once final concept is delivered to a client and full payment is received, complete ownership rights to the design transfers to the client. IDG Company reserves the right to use paid-for concepts in its promotional materials and in its design portfolio. Unless the client requests otherwise, IDG Company retains the right to display a byline claiming design and/or print credit on works it produces.
Payment Policy
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
100% of print costs are due at order submission. A 50% deposit is required for custom design projects. Deposits are non-refundable. All balances are due upon project approval. Balances not paid within a week are subject to change and incur fees. Acceptable payment options include cash, check, money order, cashier's check, or online credit card payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If you are paying by check, then unless we agree otherwise in writing, your order will not begin the production process or ship until the check has been received and cleared into our account. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Pricing
Unless otherwise specified, quotes are given on a per project basis. Sale prices are subject to change, but it is our goal to maintain integrity and keep our word for quotes given.
Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Production Turnaround
IDG Company's standard turnaround is dependent on the product ordered; if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for the relevant product. Paid orders with print ready art must be submitted by noon for 3-5 day Turnaround time and Next Day cut off is 9 am for some most products. Next Day cut off time varies according to product.
Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated date you will receive your order is a combination of the selected turnaround time and shipping time. Once your order is placed your turnaround time generally cannot be changed and billing charges will not be reversed.
Rush is available for certain products. Please contact IDG Company directly for available and costs for this service.
Recommended File Uploads (varies accordingly)
We strongly recommend that content uploaded to IDG Company at a minimum of 300 DPI. Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which IDG Company does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.
Designed in CMYK and uploaded in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and IDG Company is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).
Refunds & Order Cancellation
All sales are final. If the client elects to cancel a project during the design phase, the client is still responsible for paying a percentage of the balance for time spent on the project. Once files are approved and submitted for print, cancellation is not an option due to order transition for print production. No refunds are issued for Logo, Web design and Graphic design services. If a product is defect, but not due to shipping or any other external entity, a reorder will be provided. The defect item(s) must be sent to IDG Company for review.
Shipping
IDG Company ships all packages via UPS. Our standard shipping level is UPS Ground, but you may elect to use an alternative method of UPS shipping during the ordering process. Once a package has shipped, IDG Company will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped.
If, after placing an order, you wish to change the shipping address you may do so up until the time the order is out for delivery. Each time that you request that we intercept and transport an order to a new shipping address (i.e., other than the one currently chosen) you will incur an administrative fee of at least twenty dollars ($20.00) as well as any increases in the shipping fees and other charges UPS may impose.
We will make every effort to adhere to the estimated shipping schedule and delivery date for your order. However, equipment failures, technical problems, shipping delays and other problems beyond our control may delay the printing and delivery process. By placing an order with IDG Company you are agreeing that we are not responsible or liable for, and no refund, cancellation or credit will be due as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address UPS will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address. If you require a delivery signature, please contact Customer Service.
Free UPS Ground shipping doesn't apply to orders over 50lbs. Free UPS Ground Shipping is given under the discretion of IDG Company Management.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Termination & Right of Refusal
IDG Company may suspend or terminate your account and or your right to utilize the services made available through this Website in the event that it determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in violation of the Site Terms.
Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms that may suggest otherwise, IDG Company reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your right to use this Website for any reason or no reason at all, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Website by you. In the event your right to use this website is terminated, these Site Terms shall still apply.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, IDG Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
