FILE UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
There are two ways to upload files.
#1 Via FTP Upload
- Go to Design Online page.
- Choose a product to get started.
- Click on Add an Image icon located under the pencil tool. (See Upload Screen #1)
- Click Add file(s) to find the location of the files.(See Upload Screen #2)
- Once files are selected, click Upload File(s)
- Files should upload within seconds
- When you are ready to place an order, click on the PLACE ORDER image located to the left of the screen. Please note that you must be logged in to place an order. Return users log in by inserting your email address and password selected.
- A customer service representative will contact you shortly to review and complete order submission.

#2 Via Design Online Order Processing
Upload your files directly to our server. Insert Name, Email Address, Contact phone, and detailed description of your project. This information is very important for processing purposes. A customer service representative will contact you the same day!
